NSHSA gathered at Maryland Yacht Club to start the summer sailing season. This year we had Adventure Bound, Annalee, Aquila, Champagne, Contigo, Elsie's Phantasie, Hat Trick, Imagine, Jo-Lin-Dy, Narsilion, Schatzi, Silent Running, Tenacity, Theresa Marie, Victory, Windkist, Windsprint, and Xtasea for the party.

The feastivities started on Saturday afternoon with the Clean Your Clock Race, which had five boats competing. The wind proved to be fickle The race ran close to two hours with the first three boats crossing the line less than two minutes apart.
Results: 1st - Annalee, 2nd - Silent Running, 3rd - Champagne.

All of the crews gathered for happy hour in the pavilion to on Saturday evening to get together with old friends. This was followed by a bonfire on the beach.

The picnic started in the pavilion on Sunday afternoon. The main course was a roasted pig, along with many sides and desserts contributed by the members. The gathering was a great success and we hope that everyone enjoyed it.
